Poinsettia Punch

This festive orange and cranberry flavoured punch is the perfect Christmas party piece. Mix it up before your guests arrive and leave on the table for them to indulge in.

4 Handfuls of The Ice Co Party Ice

2 Whole Oranges

2 Handfuls of Frozen Cranberries

2 Measures of Cointreau Liqueur

Champagne/Sparkling Wine Top Up


Method: Cut both oranges into slices and freeze for 1 hour. Add the ice, fruit and Cointreau into a punch bowl. Stir and top up with Champagne and serve!



Twinkling Tinsel

Add some sparkle to Christmas with this easy to make cocktail recipe. With a bitter sweet tang, get your taste buds trembling with this lemon favourite!

1 Handful of The Ice Co Ice Crush

2 Measures of Lemon Sorbet

Champagne/Sparkling Wine Top Up


Method: Add the ice into a champagne glass. Add in 3 mini scoops of lemon sorbet and top up with champagne and serve!




It’s your favourite Cosmo with a jolly good twist to it!




1 Handful of The Ice Co Ice Crush

2 Measures of Vodka

1 Measure of Triple Sec

1 Measure of Lime Juice

1 Measure of Cranberry Juice

Orange Peel to Garnish


Method: Add the ice and all the other ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with an orange peel and serve!


Spiced Apple Cider Mocktail

What have been your favourite trending flavours of 2015? Spiced Apple is ours and this great tasting mocktail recipe is perfect for sweetening up the drivers and those that won’t be drinking the alcoholic versions this Christmas!

Spiced apple ciderIngredients:

1 Handful of The Ice Co Party Ice

1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar

1 Cinnamon Stick

4 Measures of Alcohol Free Kopparberg Apple Cider

2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice

Lemonade Top Up

Method: Moist the rim of the glass and turn in brown sugar. Add the cinnamon stick into a glass and pour in the alcohol free apple cider. Add in the ice, lemon juice and top up with lemonade. Garnish with a slice of apple and serve!

2 Measures of Citrus Vodka

1 Measure of Melon Liqueur

1 Measure of White Cranberry Juice


Method: Add a drop of red food colouring to a teaspoon of sugar on a plate. Once the sugar is completely red, moist the rim of the glass and turn in the sugar. Next add the ice and all the other ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a glass and serve!
