Think blackberry but not too sweet...ummm!


  • x1 Handful Crushed Ice
  • x2 Measures Gin
  • x1/2 Measure Lemon Juice
  • x1/2 Measure Sugar Syrup
  • x1/2 Measure Blackberry Liqueur
  • Garnish Blackberries, Lemon Slice & a sprig of Mint


  • 1. Add half the ice, gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake well.
  • 2. Fill a lowball glass with the rest of the crushed ice and strain the mixture in over the ice.
  • 3. Drizzle the liqueur over the drink for a 'bleeding' effect in the glass.
  • 4. Garnish with blackberries, the lemon slice and finish with a sprig of mint.
